1. About Zoe's Botanical Kitchen

Zoe's Botanical Kitchen is an online subscription-based membership platform providing recipes, cookery and baking guidance, videos, newsletters, tips, and related content.

By subscribing to Zoe's Botanical Kitchen, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Membership

Membership provides access to:

• An online library of recipes and resources.
• New content added regularly.
• Video demonstrations and tutorials.
• Monthly newsletters.
• Member benefits and special offers, where applicable.
• A complimentary cake and drink at Shed One Distillery, Ulverston, subject to availability and venue opening times. Once per yearly membership, up to June 30th, 2027.

Membership benefits may change from time to time as content is updated and expanded.

3. Subscription Fees

Membership is offered on an annual subscription basis.

The subscription fee is payable in advance and grants access to the membership content for the duration of the paid subscription period.

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, your membership subscription will automatically renew at the current subscription rate.

By subscribing, you authorise Zoe's Botanical Kitchen to collect future subscription payments using your chosen payment method.

You will receive confirmation of your renewal payment.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly.

When you cancel:

• Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid subscription period.
• Your access to the website and membership content will continue until the end of the current paid subscription period.
• Your newsletter subscription will continue until the end of the current paid subscription period.
• No further payments will be taken after cancellation.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

6. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for membership subscriptions.

Once a subscription payment has been processed, it is non-refundable except where required by applicable UK consumer protection laws.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your membership, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

7. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep login details secure.
• Not share, distribute, or resell access to membership content.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

Members are responsible for:
